I have been complaining about one of the phones i took on a business contract with mtn, it has been over a year now. At first i thought it was a network problem, but i later on went to the mtn sp in alberton, i was given service by several people at the mtn sp. They all told me to take my phone all the way to the glen in johannesburg, but were not willing to give me a temp phone, considering that the phones technical problem is their responsibility and not mine. The so called technical problem is the course of me spending unreasonable amounts on the phone, because I have to call one person atleast 5 times to get whatever message across as it cuts me off all the time. I need the technical problem solve as soon as possible and i do not want to be inconvenienced in the process. Please assist.
